Everyone keeps telling me that even if DD1 is potty trained it's very likely she'll regress when DD2 arrives.
Did your older regress back into diapers when #2 arrived?
How long was s/he out of diapers before #2 arrived?

we didn't train until DS was 2 months old, but DD never asked to wear a diaper like little bro and never freaked out about going bottomless or having to wear underwear.

No regression. She had been trained for a little over a month.

Our eldest was 22 months when she was born, but he wasn't fully trained until around 30 months or so...
I don't think we saw any behavioral regression or personality change in him after she was born...

Our son was out of diapers at 2.5 and DD arrived just before he turned 3. He had a few extra accidents for a few weeks, but nothing too bad, and he was definitely not back in diapers. I told him diapers are for babies.

No regression, and he was potty trained 4 months before DS2 arrived.
