We didn't really celebrate Christmas (we did usually have a tree, but no gifts) growing up.
Did your parents buy each other gifts or just the kids? (I didn't get Mr. Bee anything this year....)

My parents always got each other gifts. They usually had two or three things under the tree from each other.

My sister and I didn't really get any presents either. If, my parents friends didn't give us anything, then we got nothing. Christmas just wasn't a holiday we celebrated though we did put up the tree. I JUST bought my husband a Christmas gift, literally, half hour ago. I already got mine from him. If I don't have anything special to get him, then I just wouldn't gift.

My parents never get each other gifts. But they don't for any special occasion--birthdays, anniversaries, etc. If they want something they'll save up for it.

My parents usually got a couple of gifts for each other. Most of the gifts were for me and my siblings. I only got one gift for DH this year and he got two for me.

Yes, my parents always got each other gifts - sometimes fancy things like new laptops or a surprise trip.
DH and I always buy each other presents - we have fun picking things out and it's part of the "romance."

Not until I got older. DH and I do some big gifts every few years. If we don't give gifts on Christmas, we usually do big ones for other holidays and birthdays.

Yup, they got each other something but something small - nothing really big until we were older & they had more money.

Yep, my parents always get gifts for each other! And now that my brother and I are adults, it seems like my parents get even more presents for Christmas than we do!

Yes, my parents always gave each other gifts. I still remember one yer (I'm guessing my dad got some kind if big bonus at year and was celebrating), he gave my mom a fur coat, a cordless phone, and a new set of gold clubs. This was probably...1985, so a cordless phone was like, the coolest thing ever. Haha..the 80's. that year, my mom gave my dad a "big" tv, which I thought was so small when we got older and flat screens came out. It was a big cube encased in wooden paneling! Lol
I don't know why, but watching my parents get their presents was always as fun as unwrapping our own.

My parents always give each other gifts. DH and I give to charity in lieu of exchanging gifts.

Yup, my parents bought each other gifts and still do. Mom will buy some things for herself from "Santa", as well. My husband and I will always exchange, I think. It's fun.

Yes they do Christmas is pretty special to my mom so my dad tries to get her something nice each year, though he can also be quite practical.
DH and I decided not to give anything to each other this year for financial reasons but we don't plan to make a habit of it, we usually give really nice gifts; last year was a rocking chair and flat screen tv. Year before was a wii
