I think I gained about ten pounds! I don't think it was true sympathy weight; I was on a meal plan but I let it expire and left to my own devices, I ate more than usual.
I'm in the process of losing the weight now... should be all gone by Christmas.
Did your SO gain any "sympathy weight" while you were pregnant?

Yes! Dh gained around 17 pounds. His family makes fun of him in the hospital photos when the LO arrived, since he looked so swollen and unlike himself. I remember coming home late from work when I was 8 months pregnant and seeing an empty ice cream carton and take out boxes in the trash 
Also I was around my sister a lot during that pregnancy and she SWEARS she packed on 20 pounds because of me!

LOL. My husband didn't gain any weight. I gained enough for the both of us. :T
