Last pregnancy I loved the low panel (didn't even buy any full panel). This pregnancy I had to buy all new clothes since they are off seasons and bought low panel now I'm finding full panel is much more comfortable (UGH); baby is sitting low and not moving up/down much whereas DD was all over the place but definitely much higher for the majority of the time.

low panel, but if I can only find full (seems to be more popular around here) then I will buy them and fold them done. I hate things over my belly!

It depended on my stage of pregnancy. Until around 34-36 weeks I was all about full panel. By the end of my pregnancy I preferred under the belly/low panel pants because the full panel would dig in slightly to my belly along the top, which became uncomfortable during long days.
