I feel like I need to change what I eat to lose the last of the baby weight...yeah, two year old twins and still dragging 10 pounds of "twin skin," sigh. Anyone have suggestions on a plan/diet of some sort that will work for the WHOLE family? What I mean is, I know for me, big salads for lunch are awesome...but the twins can't eat salad. I want to eat lighter and lose weight without having to cook separate meals for myself. Oh, and hubby is 6'4" and needs to eat like a teenage football player in order to avoid accidentally losing weight...grr.
