Whether adoptive, biological, foster, etc?
My mom was 21 when she became a parent (married at 19) and I became a parent at 30 (married at 29.) My mom had baby #4 at my age.
What about you?

My mom and I were the same age, 29! She says she got married/had kids "late" for her generation.

My mum married at 21 and had me at 22. She had her fourth child at 33. I thought it was disgusting that she was still having sex at that age
I got married at 30, had my first child at 32, my second a week after turning 35 and would like one more. My younger self would be disgusted!

@travelgirl1: HAHAHAHAHA! I am convinced my parents had sex 4 times. Although my mom did tell me when I was 13 or something that they "tried" for a year to get pregnant with me and I wanted to barf.

5 years difference. I had my first at 27. My mom was 22 when I was born, and had 3 kids by 27. Not a huge age difference, but it's hard to imagine being done having kids instead of just starting out.

6 years. My mom was 22 when they adopted my sister. She had just turned 29 the week before she had me (I was a complete surprise pregnancy as my mom was infertile and they had stopped any kind of treatments). I was 28 when I had my son.

No idea when she got married but I suspect she was 29
My oldest brother was born almost exactly a month after she turned 30. Older brother followed almost exactly 3 years later, then me & my sister (adopted) 12 & 14 years later.
I was 25 when lo1 was born, 27 with lo2, 28 with lo3, and would like 1-2 more someday.

My mom was 25 when she had my brother and 27 with me. I was 31 when I had my LO. She had a rule that she wanted to be done by 30 because she didn't want to be an "old" parent... hahaha

My mom was 24 and I was 27. She had both of us by the time I had my first although apparently my older sister was an IUD pregnancy. She married right after graduating college and I was 25 when DH and I got married.

There's a two year difference - my mom was 30 when she had her first, I was 32. Mom got married at 29, I got married at 31 - she always said don't get married until you're 30 and definitely don't have kids before then, so looks like that message stuck!
