Ok so I just noticed that DS has one pupil that is larger than the other, please tell me this is ok. I was stupid and googled it! I kinda just need some reassurance now, or do I need to make an apt. With the ped?

I would probably call the nurse help line to just ask, but that's just me. I usually like piece of mind.

Sorry to say but that's usually not a good sign what happens if you shine a light in them? I know it seems cruel, but it's important to know if they're reactive to light.

Are they drastically different? I've never heard of them just being different without there being an underlying problem.

They can be different from birth without a problem. I would just bring it up at your next well child appointment.

@DesertDreams88: they both constrict in the light but in the dark/ low light the right one is dialated bigger
@sapphire: I wish I knew if it was from birth, it might be but I just noticed it last night
The ped office opens in a few hours in gonna call the nurse line then and see what they want me to do.
