I really want to cook something LO friendly because she hasn't eaten much dinner the last two nights....she does not like MIL's cooking at all.
I'm thinking spaghetti or tacos!

I'm pretty sure I'm having leftover pizza and LO is having a piece of banana and a pouch. I need to scramble an egg for her breakfast tomorrow.

I'm making cream of pea soup to get some veggies in my LO. We'll have a baguette and a salad with avocado and walnuts, too.

@blackbird: Mine doesn't.

Naked dumpling patties with sides of bok choy and cauliflower. Baby will eat some beets and cauliflower if big brother doesn't gobble them up first.

I'm making chicken pot pie with sweet potato, carrots and peas. If you saw my earlier thread, then you can guess that DD will not eat it, but I use the extra dough trimmings from the crust to make her initials on top and she does like to eat that.

I think I'll slice up the 2 leftover steaks from last night and make fajitas. Unless my Husband had some for lunch, then I have no clue!

@T-Mom: just dumplings without the dumpling skin... too lazy to go to the store for the skins and then all that prep to make the actual dumpling.

@grizz: Great so far! But 1 week DH was out of town all week and I hate cooking for myself so I didn't use it, and another week I was going to be gone half the week so we just did salads for that week. So, I think this is only my 3rd week using it... haha

MIL got us a fresh killed chicken, DH made a huge pot of soup last night so I'm gonna be having some more of that!

We're having Banh Uot which is big rice sheets with vietnamese ham. The salt content is pretty ridiculous bc of the fish sauce, but it's soooo good.
DS is teething, his lateral incisors are coming in so he hasn't been eating much. And when I do feed him, he'll take a couple bites and then push it away.

I love these dinner threads... feeling so uninspired about food these days. Nothing sounds appetizing to me these days, eating is such a chore, especially meat/chicken. Wah!

We're dieting here, so there is a ton of veggies and poultry going on in our dinners right now. E is thrilled! Chicken everyday!

Skinnytaste's crock pot Santa Fe chicken on brown rice, with avocado on top. But I'm having a bad day and now wish it was a Big Mac, haha.
