I just looked under our bed, and found a dust bunny the size of my LO.
Where in the house do you slack on cleaning? No judgement here!

Guest bathroom! We only have people stay with us and they use the bathroom for like 1-2 days max. I do always go in and wipe down the surfaces and clean the toilet before the next guest comes, but actual like scrubbing….?

The laundry closet. We barely cleaned it when we moved in, and considering that we had to bench press the dryer to get it to fit in there, I don't imagine us cleaning it again until either the washer or dryer breaks.

Floors, my kitchen floor is riduclous right now. I gave it a quick sweep this morning before work, but it needs a scrubbing pronto!

The tubs and showers need to be cleaned badly. There's some pink mildew along the drain of my tub...ewww

The doors leading to the garage and laundry room are next to each other. For some reason when I empty the dryer fuzz I throw it on the ground. My husband will sweep it out of the laundry room, but he stops short of picking it up. There's a sheet of gray fuzzy hanging out in the corner between the garage and laundry doors.

Bathrooms, I hate cleaning them. I'm good at moving furniture to clean under/ behind but I neglect the bathrooms .

Yeah our bathrooms are gross, especially since I'm still shedding hair like it's my job.
@HLK208: Yes, what is up with the pink slime? I dread the day LO outgrows the baby tub because then I have to keep the big tub clean enough to put her in it. Our master bath is the only one with a tub, the guest bath just has a shower.

@Foodnerd81: We were getting an orangey slime on any surface the tap water touched because of the high iron content in the water.

umm, everything?! i am terrible at keeping a clean home! for real though, there's no cleaning our spare room, i plan on locking that door when we go away so i don't have to think about cat sitters going in there to see the mess.

@spaniellove: we have orange stains inside our dishwasher, that's from high iron, right? do you get that? i've heard you can run tang drink mix through to get rid of them, but i've never tried since that's not something we have on hand.

@mrs. bird: I don't think we were getting them inside the dishwasher...I wonder if it's because our dishwasher uses a special salt? We ended up getting a whole house water softener to deal with the iron because it was staining our toilets, all our grout, everything. My MIL though had the dishwasher issue and it was really frustrating for her.

@mrs. bird: are you on MWRA? Our water has very high iron content and our tub always turns orange. It drives me crazy!

Right now, everywhere. My LO literally takes up ALL my time -- I was able to fold a load of laundry yesterday and that felt like a huge accomplishment.

under our bed... there is enough dog hair under there to make another dog. I try, but I just don't have the energy lately.

Everywhere. But in particular the bathrooms are embarrassingly dirty. Madeline only naps for 30 mins so I find it hard to keep up with stuff!!!
