@mediagirl: LOL! I had no idea what to expect when I opened this post! I've never heard of Dirty Santa or White Elephant - I think we call it Secret Santa. Is it basically a secret gift swap or is there more to it?

Yep! That's how I always knew it as. It wasn't until recently I heard it being called White Elephant.
