I'm feeling bummed/discouraged/sad about my body 7 months PP. I only have 10 pounds of baby weight to lose before I'm at my pre-baby weight, but about 25-30 pounds to go before I'm at my ideal weight. I don't think it would be so bad if it weren't all in my belly- I still look pregnant! And I'm going to the beach next week, which I should be excited about but I'm just dreading the bathing suit (if it even fits). I work out 3x a week and I think I am slimming down, but I really thought it would have happened faster (LO is EBF).
Does anyone else ever have days like this? How do you stay positive? Thoughts? Motivation? Help?
