I felt like this when I was on Weddingbee at work, trying to plan my wedding 
Now that I'm only 5 ish weeks along and haven't told my employer yet, I find myself trying to hide the huge Hellobee logo when I'm browsing. Thankfully Hellobee doesn't scream "BABY" in your face like Baby Center, but my colleague who also goes on HB might see me on it from time to time. Sigh..
How do you ladies browse HB and other baby-related websites during work hours?

I just browse full screen up! If I'm worried about other's seeing it, I make it half screen. I also live on Alt+Tab. lol

Haha well, I've been reading weddingbee and hellobee for a while now full screen.. and nobody has said anything. When I get pregnant it won't be a change and hopefully no one will guess!

I don't really "hide" it since I work way more than 8 hours a day. (Figure a little personal stuff is ok)
I just keep a second (work related) tab on my browser that I switch to if people come and talk to me.

I do the same thing as @tororojo. If I hear someone coming, I try to quickly switch to a different tab. I also try to always scroll down immediately so the "hellobee" isn't visible for someone to just glance over and see. The thing I worry the most about though is the ads on the side that show the pregnant women!! I'm scared that someone will see those and figure out I'm pregnant!

i always hide the whole browser! but now that i'm out in the open, it's not as bad!

I browse full screen but I always scroll down so that all people would see would be text and I switch to a spreadsheet if I have notice that someone’s coming up lol. I used to do the same with WB.
