I'm just in shock after hearing about this. Absolutely disgusting. It is amazing, though, to see the rest of the community come together and support this boy, even nationally through social media. I hope the "mother" who wrote the letter has seen all of this outpouring of support and is ashamed...

I read this, started to cry, and would love to give this "pissed off mother" a piece of my mind. Serioulsy what kind of MOTHER could ever write this about another child & maybe this kind of woman should not have children because she is obviously not accepting, patient, or loving. I'm disgusted and my heart breaks for this boy and this boy's family, I would move jsut to get away from that disgusting imposter of a human being.

How loud and often could this "dreadful noise" this kid is making really be?? Definitely not enough to spur a letter like this.
Also whenever I see someone use more than three exclamation points at the end of a sentence for any reason besides a joke I automatically discredit anything their saying.

I read about this on PIWTPITT, and was so physically repulsed by it I was shaking. What kind of a person says those things? Suggests those things? I sincerely hope they find whoever wrote that letter....

@runnerd: Very true. If this was on OUR local news, I wouldn't buy it. Local news around here is horrific. Completely ridiculous. But, I guess there is a lot of hate out there and maybe this person really did send that letter.

I think the letter is a disgrace, but honestly, people can be very mean and terrible to others, especially when they don't understand them. Just look at the examples of ethnic cleansing that have happened in WW2 and recently in the Balkans.

If this is true, I not only feel badly for the letter's recipient, but also "pissed off mom's" kids - if she spews hatred like that to people she doesn't even know, imagine how she treats those around her every day? Man, some people deserve a swift kick to the head.

Wow. I can't believe any mother could be so hateful. We have an autistic boy (I think?) in our neighborhood. He often goes for walks with a caregiver and sometimes makes noise the whole way. I am happy to see that he is out enjoying the sunshine! I couldn't care less about the noise.

@prettylizy: I think people are mostly not sure if the letter itself is real. Could be real life trolling. We'll have to see how the story develops.
