I have no desire to use a reusable one and clean it!

Ziploc bags sort of stretch under pressure. I'd pick up some disposable piping bags. They tend to be sturdier. And always err on the side of cutting too small a hole. It's easier to make it bigger than smaller.

I prefer disposables. Have you thought about just purchasing new couplers?. Most craft stores have then for a few dollars and typical couplers fit tips from all the companies.
