I've heard this a lot regarding my son, which doesn't surprise me because he looks pretty similar to how I looked as a kid. Except without the bowl cut.
Someone mentioned yesterday that my daughter looked just like me. I don't see it... but I've been hearing it more lately, so maybe there's something to it!

People say she looks exactly like me! They tell DH she looks exactly like him when I'm not there.

Yes! I'm Asian and DH is white and DD definitely looks more Asian. I love it! We are having another DD and I hope she looks like me too lol.

I love hearing that my LOs look like me! Only people who don't know DH say it, though, because DS is the spitting image of DH and DD looks just like my DH's brother!

Nope - everyone comments that my girls look more like DH and they don't look Chinese at all. I think they definitely look mixed but I agree they look more like DH. Although DD2 has more of me than DD1. I'm perfectly OK with it! I know they're mine!

All the time. I think he looked more like D when he was born, but he definitely favors my side of the family now (he looks like he could be a twin to one of his cousins on my side).

Usually only if it's someone who knows me! She has my eyes for sure but I have big, dark curly hair and it's the main thing people see on me, and dd's hair is really light and thin right now, and is mostly straight (just starting to curl a little as it's getting longer). So people on the street think she looks like dh

Strangers/friends never. No one ever says she looks like me. But my DH's family thinks she looks like me.

They comment that my 2nd looks like me, my 1st looks nothing like me and that my kids look so similar. Haven't figured out how that all fits together.

Everyone says ds is my twin! I agree, but he's only 10 weeks so he could change. Dd def has my nose and resembles me but isn't my twin

Yes, they usually say that he has my "fat cheeks". lol We mostly hear that he looks like my husband. I think he looks like the both of us.

Yes! Our family's genes are apparently pretty strong. Out of the 5 grandkids my parents have, they all really look like our side of the family in one way or another. I think DS has a really good mix of DH and me though. All of his mannerisms are DH's and I love that. They're definitely best buds.

Not really. Anyone who knows us knows she looks way more like DH, though sometimes she looks a little like my mom or sister.

LO1 is DH's mini me... even I think it's amazing :).
LO2 looks a bit more like me, but not much!

People always comment that my DS looks like me. I think he has some facial features from his dad, but he definitely inherited my fair skin, blue eyes and blond hair.

Not very often, but a few times. Mostly everyone says DD looks like DH. Now that she's older though and her hair is getting longer I get more kudo's but not much... I think I have weak genes b/c my brothers son looks NOTHING like him

We get a mixed response with both kids! Some people say DS looks JUST like me, others think he looks like DH.. same with DD! I don't think either one are spitting images of either of us, even when we compare it with our baby pics. I love hearing what people think regardless!

No, so when it happens I either feel like they are throwing me a bone or thrilled that she looks a tiny bit like me. She looks exactly like her daddy.

I get this with DD2, but DD1 has always been a splitting image of her daddy. I get sad when people say DD2 looks just like DD1 (they have similar nose/mouth but I think that's it) because that means no one looks like me

More and more lately now that she is 1. When she was a newborn everyone said she looked just like DH. Honestly I never really see it either way. I have a hard time seeing parents in babies unless there is some really distinctive feature. I feel like she just looks like her.

Everyone says that LO1 looks like me, and LO2 looks like DH. I agree for the most part. Then I look closely at the two kids, and while they do look different, they share a lot of the same features.

My LO is my twin basically, so all the time. Its mostly cause we have the same (giant) eyes. Otherwise, its a crap shoot who he looks like IMO.

As a baby, ds1 looked like half me and half my husband, but as he's gotten older he looks very much like a boy version of me. With the twins, one looks just like ds1 (almost an identical version of him) and we're not sure at all who the other twin looks like.

It seems like every time I grocery shop I have multiple people tell me how much the girls look like me. Especially with b, I get it all the time. Both girls look a lot like me though and I love hearing it. It almost annoys me when someone says they look like dh hahah.

all the time - same olive skin, long wavy curly hair that sticks out all over the place, tall, and the equivalent of resting bitch face for kids hahaha
