I want to get rid of baby gear & clothes now but DH says we might need it for our next baby! I just don't want to see too much stuff....
Are you hoarding for your next baby?

i saved all of charlie's clothes in case we had another boy. then ended up giving almost all of it away since my mom bought olive all girly clothes.
the big stuff - jumperoo, swing, etc. i sold it all or lent it to a friend who returned it to me. toys we cut in half at least because younger child can play with older child and doesn't need as much toys!

We saved everything and lent some stuff out which we've already gotten back. When we found out this baby was a girl (Wagon Jr. is a boy) I went through all the old clothes and gave away all the boy clothes to three families: one is expecting a boy right around the same time our girl will be born (they got everything newborn to 6 months), one has a 5 month old (they got everything 9 months to 18 months) and one has a one year old (they got everything Wagon Jr. just grew out of).

I kept all the clothes because we are team green, if we have a boy this time I will most likely sell whatever we can't use (were team green last time too so I have a fair amount of 0-3 gender neutral stuff). For baby items we either stored (car seat) or loaned out (swing & exersaucer) which we'll get back when LO arrives. We are transitioning DD to a twin sized bed in a month or so then reusing the crib.
I've donated several toys which LO never played with and I didn't like enough to want to keep for the next child.

We still have everything! Everyone I know that is pregnant right now are all having girls. One of my cousin's is pregnant and hasn't found out the gender yet. If she's having a boy, we'll be giving her all of our son's clothes.
As for toys, we're keeping everything for our 2nd child. My son doesn't have that many toys to begin with so I don't feel like our house is too cluttered. I actually need to buy a few things for baby #2 (like a jumperoo or bouncer) cuz we didn't buy any of those things for our son.

We're going to save everything (Team Green) and then lend the "big stuff" if people need it-- but I fully expect on getting it back when LO# comes.

I bought the majority of DS's clothing from an awesome secondhand store. I kept my favorite items and then sold the rest back to the store. I don't know anyone who is pregnant, so we just used that credit toward the next size.
For larger stuff, we are keeping it all so far. My SIL is trying to get pregnant, so we are going to lend everything to her. We are running out of storage too, so we are packing some stuff up for them to store since they have more space in their basement than we do.

We saved everything but I have a big storage area in our basement thankfully! I can't wait to sell/give away some of it, but I am waiting to find out the sex of this baby!!

We're going to give stuff to my bro if he wants them, since he's expecting another boy in sept... Or store them in case we have another kid. Maybe try to sell things because we have 2 of a lot of things...

I intend to keep everything except for the heirloom family bassinet and bedding accessories that go with it. I am keeping the mattress I customized for it and I'll also keep all the fitted sheets since it fits our pram mattress. Everything else that went with it will go to whomever gets pregnant next.
I'm hoarding all my other baby gear. I only want to share cooties with my own kids.

We sold most of the gear and kept most of the clothes. I don't plan to have another child, but I do want to use the clothes to make a baby clothes quilt one of these days.

I'm probably going to keep everything - unless we decide on a longer time frame for baby #2, then we'll proceed based on safety - if there are newer/safer models of say swing, playpen, etc. - and of course car seat!

I was so adamant about being "one and done" before DS and now I'm not so sure.
I'm giving most of my 'good stuff' to my best friend that is having a boy in October, the other stuff I'll pass off to other friends as well. We have absolutely no storage and DS will only need more things as he gets older.
If we do decide to have another in the future, I'm hoping I'll have friends that will send things back my way

We have a huge attic and baby stuff is so expensive that we are hoarding away. Hopefully we will be breaking it out again in a year or so!
We don't have many baby clothes of our own since most are on loan from my SIL, and they are planning on another in the near future too.

I'm planning on saving everything that I can. I'm happy to lend stuff out to friends in the meantime, as long as they promise to return it all.

We're saving for now. I'm now filling up the fourth suitcase of outgrown baby stuff....eek. We'll be moving when LO is 3, so then I'll probably get rid of a lot of stuff.
