I do add a lot of seasoning when cooking, but dont add anything on food thats already cooked

Not on anything that's already cooked (except red pepper flakes on pizza!) but I love cooking with spices.

Usually just salt because I like it. I don't salt to my tastes when I'm cooking because it'll likely be too salty for everyone else.

I don't. We usually cook with a lot of herbs and flavoring since my husband likes robust flavors. My husband always adds extra red pepper flakes or hot sauce on everything though.

No, not really. I don't even sprinkle salt on anything. I loooooove sauces, though. Sauces are my downfall (ketchup, hot sauce, bbq sauce, MAYO, etc etc...)

I season a lot while cooking, so don't post-season. I don't season already cooked food either, except for red pepper flakes on pizza!

I rarely do. DH, on the other hand, salts his food before he even tastes it. It ends up being inedible to anyone else. So gross!

Now rarely, except for salt, and shichimi togarashi on soups. The rest is more sauces with certain dishes: soy sauce on store bought roasted chickens, a Korean vinegar red pepper paste I eat with meat, Bulldog sauce, sweet chili sauce. The rest I normally cook with, but never really add on.

Already cooked? Not usually.... I am a bit of a salt addict though, and I have this stuff called Janes crazy mixed up salt that I like to put on everything!

@Mrs. Superhero: that is my fave combo! But then again, I love sriracha on just about everything.
I only add hot pepper flakes to pasta or pizza.
