I'll be honest I stop with contests on sites/blogs where I never see winners announced. I have NEVER seen winners posted anywhere for any of the HB contests or had anyone post they won, so I feel discouraged and (moreso with other sites who don't post winners clearly) skeptical, and stop entering. I am interested to know how winners are announced here on HB, I like seeing a post saying "this contest is over and _____ is the winner!" so you know how the process is going and can congratulate the winner. If I knew ONE PERSON even on here that had won something I would probably enter more (and congratulate them!)

Sometimes I enter. I am like @kjpugs in that if the blogger only posts the winner's name on the old blog post on their blog and doesn't create a new post about it (or doesn't push the blog post to the front so people see the winner) I won't try. It's annoying never seeing people announce a winner! I like how Hellobee does it.
If I have to like something on Facebook, I won't enter.

@mediagirl: where do you see winners on Hellobee? I have SEARCHED for winner names for each contest I've entered and never found them ever!

@kjpugs: We announce the winner at the top of each contest post, once the contest has ended and a winner has been selected (we email the winners as well):

@mrbee: do you bump the posts back up? I swear I spent an hour searching for the Ingrid & Isabel winner and couldn't even find the original post!! Guess it's just user error on my part. Although I spend a ton of time on HB and have not yet seen a winner announcement post.

@kjpugs: know what? I have to retract that. I THOUGHT they made a new blog post announcement but I was wrong. They post the name of the winner on the orginal blog post. If you go to the blog tab and search for Giveaway, the blog posts for all the giveaways will show up. You can see the winner of the clothing contest was written at the top of the post....Mrs. Pen.

What terms did you search for? It showed up for me when I searched for it... but I'm guessing you searched for something else!

I sometimes enter, if it's something relevant to me. Right now, baby and pregnant things seem like they'd be useful going to someone else, since I'm not pregnant or have a newborn right now. Wouldn't seem fair winning something I won't be using right away.
I never win, anyways, so maybe it wouldn't hurt to enter, though, lol
