I always forget, so then I just stick the food in before it's to the correct temp.
Are you good at remembering to preheat the oven?

Always! I'm pretty anal about it because I feel like it doesn't get cooked right or something if it's not preheated. DH does not preheat the oven and it drives me nuts!!!

I guess so. Not intentionally. I always turn it on as soon as I am ready to cook. Sometimes what goes in the oven will get in there in a minute or two and sometines prep takes much more time.

Almost always, but sometimes I'll throw whatever I'm cooking before it's reached the ideal temp.

I forget probably 90% of the time : )
