I dont buy from abercrombie & fitch because they discriminate against african americans and asians. My ex boyfriend worked there and we saw this first hand.
I also wasnt too impressed with the hollister models who tweeted the squinty eye photo last fall, but hollister was never my style anyway.

I have the stores I like and I pretty much only go to those ha.
I don't like abercrombie & fitch or Hollister because their stores are always dark and the music is blaring. (Has anyone else ever noticed that they literally look like the exact same store from the outside lol?)
And while I like Lulu Lemon's clothing, everytime I go in there I end up backing out of the store slowly after looking at a price tag.

Most of them! The LARGE majority of my clothes are from banana republic, Ann Taylor, or j crew.

I definitely avoid big logos or items that i feel are for kids.

I wont buy Hollister, A&F or Tommy Hilfiger because of racism issues (and because I don't need a cologne headache).
I don't buy Coach because it's a common stereotype that "dependapotamus" military wives all have Coach bags.
I also avoid all big, "trendy" names like Uggs, Juicy Couture, etc. It's just not for me.

Tommy Hilfiger. I remember reading in high school that the designer is racist against AA. Since then I have not bought a single thing.

I used to shop at Hollister, A&F etc when I was younger but I don't know. I couldn't even fit in most of their clothes even if I wanted to. I also hate clothes with logos. "Take a picture, it will last longer" GROSS! No thanks.

I don't wear any clothing with labels. I also don't like dressing my LO in labeled stuff but my friend gave me so many Juicy outfits for my LO so they've been sitting in her dresser with the tags still on. Regift! lol I'm terrible

I don't like logo clothing and I dislike Tommy Hilfiger and didn't realize the designer is racist. I won't buy "cheap quality" brands, and lately I've really started disliking Old Navy due to the quality.
I like quality brands that don't have to make their label known!
@zippylef: I have a Coach I carry daily, but I'm so sick of seeing it everywhere. I'm saving up for a new purse that isn't as popular.

I feel the same way about Juicy Couture, although I do love their dresses and shoes, I despise all the terry cloth and velour that loudly displays their logo.

@betsyboop: you can send those baby juicy stuff my way! I actually think a lot of it is so cute!
But I'm not a fan of too much logo brands emblazoned across a shirt without real thought to a cute design. I hate celebrity brands for that reason, but Jessica Simpson shoes do make a rare appearance in my shoe closet.
I avoid places like kohl's, sears, Jcp, and even Macy's at all costs. The styles and fit just don't jive with me.

I don't like Walmart clothes for myself. I'm more lenient for my son, though, cause it's the best and cheapest place for him to get the super hero and Angry Bird gear he loves oh so much.
I don't like anything with words, though...especially on the butt.
I generally avoid most labels...I'm more drawn to colors and patterns (and prices!) than labels.

I stay away from most clothes with big logos (Gap, ON, TH, etc) and tween clothes (A+F, Hollister, Aeropostale). Most of my clothes are from Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack, so a mishmash of brands, and staples from Gap, Ann Taylor, Old Navy and Target.
