I bought a few Pixar films for our international flights with the kids, and I felt a little silly buying the HD version of an animated film. Since I only ever buy cartoons for the kids, I always wonder if there's even a difference between SD and HD versions.
Do you buy the HD or the SD version of videos on iTunes?

I never really buy movies on itunes, but if they're just watching it on an iPad or something that's wayyyy too small of a screen to actually see a difference, I'd go with the SD and save yourself some money!

I think if you're going to watch it on a tablet, SD may be enough. We always rent (we never buy) HD since we watch it on our big screen.
