I refuse to. It goes against my principles!
I always buy on sale or clearance. Even at TJ Maxx/Marshalls I try to only buy clearance.

I won't say I never do but I try really hard not to, especially online. If not sale or clearance I'll wait for a coupon.

i try to shop sales, but don't mind paying full price for quality items. also - i hate digging through clearance racks. not worth the hassle!

I try not to ever pay full price, but there are some things, i'm sure I just can't do without.
Sometimes convenience wins over waiting or using a coupon or ordering online. Sometimes, I need something, just, NOW. -

I have paid full price for stuff, yes. I usually can hold out for a sale, but for some things i can not wait.

I hate paying full price but sometimes I resign myself to it if I really need it. Particularly at the grocery store.... If you need an ingredient, you just need it!
I try not to buy clothing without a sale tho.
