Do you cry easily?
I feel like I get emotional so easily and cry at everything! And no, I'm not pregnant!

Yes. Abused pet commercials, someone dining alone, a senior citizen walking down the street, Sarah McLaughlin songs: all guarantee tears.

Yep. Especially if I'm angry. I hate it, it makes me look irrational when I'm very clear headed, just angry.

Never did before...now after baby anything gets me choked up immediately

No, it takes a lot of stress for me to cry. I thought I would cry more being pregnant but luckily I didn't get too emotional.

Yep, especially when I am stressed out at work. I hate it because I know it makes my coworkers think less of me, but there is not a whole lot I can do about it other than try to keep my stress levels manageable.

I get teary eyed really easily! I don't necessarily let the tears escape all that often, but close enough!

I never used to but something about PP hormones have made me a huge crier. Everyone makes fun of me now...except DH! He is super understanding.

@shinymama: OMG there's an abused pet commercial that uses a Sarah McLachlan song and that one always gets me... And I'm not even a real pet lover!!!

@sunny: That's right! Pet free here, and it gets me every.single.time.

@shinymama: I can't watch those commercials without getting sad for a couple of hours.. I have a cat and can't imagine anyone abusing her or any other pet
@petunia354: yup PP Im more emotional and crying, it does slowly seem to get better every month.

Yes, aargh! The worst part is my face turns red and it takes a long time to go back to it's normal color, so it's obvious I was crying.
@ladybee: Sometimes I cry when I'm angry, too and worry that it makes me look irrational.
@stine_ciro: I cry at work and hate that I do. If I am in a tough situation, anxious or being criticized, I can feel it starting and there's nothing I can do to stop it. I worry that it will make my co-workers think I'm weak. Too bad we don't work at the same place!

Yeah, I am kind of an emotional person, even more so after giving birth.
I remember once when I was pregnant, DH and I were at the grocery store, and I was picking out apples. I noticed that one of the apples in my bag had a sizable bruise, so I went to put it back. I got down a few aisles before I started tearing up. I told DH that I felt bad for the bruised apple and "he" was probably over there feeling rejected, after the excitement of initially being picked to go home with us. I power walked back to produce and got the bruised apple. DH could not stop laughing. God, that's embarrassing to retell.

Yep! Always have though. It's gotten worse since becoming a parent though.

I don't cry easily, but I tear up and wanna cry a lot!

Yes! And it's worse now that I am pregnant. I sobbed after watching a commercial about malaria medicine.

I never used to! I cry SO easily now after being pregnant/a parent. It's sort of sad haha

I cry more over silly things now, and I just can't handle sad stories about animals anymore. I started crying while reading the end of mocking jay when Buttercup comes back and he was hurt.

Medium crier for a girl I would say. More emotional after having the baby though, that's for sure!

Yes, but I'm pregnant. Normally DH will be the one to cry before me. Hehe.
pomegranate / 3983 posts
Yes, happy and sad! Although thinking about it, I haven't recently...strange.

I cry easier now than ever before.
For example I just finished crying for no reason except that I'm so tired. So why don't I just go to bed then instead of crying about it?

And I'm {secretly} crying right now at my son's homecoming football rally because they're honoring all the parents that are cancer survivors.
