@runsyellowlites: I actually just made it, I used elastic and the rectangle clasp is from Hobby Lobby, I just strung it through and tied it in the back!

I've been trying to find DD some clothes from the boy section, so should we ever have a boy I'l have sooome hand-me-downs.
I got a really cute mint green long-sleeve button-up with a hood from the boy's section. Easy to make girly and boy-ish!
