I drink whole milk about 3-4 times a week because we always have some in the fridge for LO!
What kind of milk/milk substitute do you drink?

I love milk so yes! But I stopped drinking hers bc it's so expensive! Ha!
LO gets non homogenized low temp pasteurized from a local diary farm and I get regular 2%.

I love milk, but keep it to a small amount. Right now, I'm drinking skim milk. We'll have to add whole milk to the grocery list once LO turns 1.

I like to drink milk when I'm eating something like a brownie or cake.

Yuck, yuck, yuck. I hate drinking a glass of milk. I'll put it in my cereal or berries though (can only stomach Skim)

yuck, I hate milk so I never drink it. Tried to give LO milk and turns out, she hates it too!!
The only milk I eat/drink is Vanilla Almond Milk in my smoothies. I even eat my cereal dry!

We drink skim every night with dinner, sometimes with dessert. And with cereal.

Since my MSPI diet started six months ago the thing I miss most is a huge glass of milk. I just started to reintroduce cheese and so far LO is not reacting (she's 8.5 months old). Hoping to add milk back in soon!

I have always hated milk. In cereal it's OK, or in coffee or whatever, but alone NEVER. Thank God my toddler does not take after me in that respect!

Nope. Love it on cereal, in coffee, and just about any other dairy product, but cannot drink it straight.

*hate* milk
If I'm eating cereal I use almond milk, but otherwise I generally stay away from all 'milk'
DH drinks milk when I have some leftover from needing/wanting to bake something

DH and I go through a gallon and a halfa week. Just the two of us. I drink a full gallon of skim, and DH drinks half a gallon of 2%

I've been drinking it every morning lately w/my oatmeal. I'm very picky about my milk though...my favorite from the store is horizon 2% organic.

Yes I drink a glass of almond milk or skim milk with dinner. We also keep 2% in fridge for DH and in 2 motnhs we will be buying whole too!

Occasionally I do get a craving for it and I'll have a small glass, but it's pretty rare now. I drink Skim.

I drink a small glass of 1% milk everyday. I like to eat cheese and yogurt to get my daily intake of calcium.

Nope, it makes me phlegm-y. I do drink chocolate milk on occasion. I would never drink any milk plain (almond, soy, cow, etc) but I do use almond milk (vanilla) on cereal.

Yep. I love milk. We usually have organic 2% but I'll buy whole milk as a treat sometimes. So yummy!

yes! I love milk - I used to drink about a gallon a week on my own, but I've cut back. We usually drink 2%.
cantaloupe / 6171 posts
usually only in coffee or tea, but dh loves it and sometimes when he's drinking a glass with a cookie or other dessert it looks so good I copy him! or I get heartburn a lot and so sometimes I drink milk to help counter that. I drink 1 or 2% myself, but dh is actually lactose-intolerant (sad with his love for it!) so we usually have a reduced fat version of that
