I definitely drink more when I'm in the office!

I'm horrible about drinking water no matter where I am! I refuse to join the water club at work but of course today I forgot my water bottle so I have to go buy one at the caf.. At home I get so busy that I just drink water at dinner.. ETA the only time I was good about water was when I was pumping..

I don't go to work but I am horrible at drinking water anywhere I am. I need to work on that.

Work for sure - I usually go w/o drinking anything from the time I get home to the time I go to bed. I have to force myself to drink it.

Work for sure, having my bottle right on the desk is crucial.

For sure at the office! So much easier to just have a mug of water on my desk and sit and sip it.
