I've always been a huge fan, but a few weeks ago I noticed that I felt better when I hadn't had red meat for a few days. So I figured I'd try an experiment where I cut out red meat and pork for a month or so (I'm still eating chicken and fish). If I still feel better then, then I'll eat red meat only in moderation rather than as a staple like I've done my whole life.

Then today, I saw this article:

Argh... are you for real? Well I guess it's good at least that eating it in moderation seems to be ok. But I really love red meat and it will be a tough transition. It's actually easier for me to eat none at all than to eat some in moderation!

Do you eat a lot of red meat?
