If so, which cut? How do you prepare it?
I want to change it up this year and do beef instead of turkey for Christmas dinner.

Yes, my mom made an amazing beef tenderloin roast for Christmas the past couple years. I do not know the exact recipe but I remember it had a lot of rosemary and some kind of berries. I can ask if you are interested!

I always had standing rib roast (prime rib) on Christmas growing up and I've started making it for our Christmas Eve dinner with my side of the family. I like to do the boneless standing rib roast since it's a little easier to deal with.

Yep! I always do a beef pot roast with gravy for my Husbands Christmas party (which I host).
I usually buy an eye of round roast (or two depending on the guest list).

...but then, if it came out bad, I wouldn't have someone over my shoulder yelling "IT'S RAW, you dumb cow!" and throw it into the trashcan, plate and all.
