Lately I'm so focused on making sure my Lo eats well, that I haven't been taking very good care of myself.
Going to the market today and picking up some superfoods that all 3 of us can get! (me, Lo, baby2)

I'm in the same boat. I can only eat when LO naps (or else she wants to eat everything I'm eating) and I'm always rushing to make sure I eat something before she wakes up that I end up eating crap.

DH and I both try to... we're huge on eating veggies/fruits fresh on a daily basis. But, we also do have our weaknesses (choco for him, salty snacks for me).

I really try to...I have been way more lax during pregnancy though, and buying things I normally would not (aka salt & vinegar kettle potato chips--YUM!). @mrsjyw: I am also a fiend for salty stuff!

If I'm eating by myself, I eat really clean/healthy. If I'm eating with the hubby or friends, it all goes down the crap shoot. So frustrating because I have no self control when eating out with other people.

I try to cook healthy. I use lots of veggies and only whole grains. However, when I done out I never consider if something is healthy before I order it. And I love candy.

I eat healthy but I LOVE sugar. Candy, desserts, ice cream, you name it I would devour it no matter how full I am. It's a weakness I can't deny (especially pregnant!)

I try to. Usually LO eats some of my meal, and I want her to eat healthy, so I have to also.

I would have said yes to this question 3 months ago, I am vegetarian and love to cook - rarely ever did I eat fast food.
Ever since I became pregnant I'm too tired to cook real meals and can't stomach eating much more than potatoes. Today on my way to work, I even stopped at Burger King - Ick!
Now that I've reached 2nd tri, I am hoping I can get back my energy and appetite. I made a yummy Shepherds Pie last week, and last night made toad in the hole with mashed potatoes and cabbage.
I brought leftover potatoes and cabbage to work.

I go in spurts...some days I'll be good and other days I'll eat a chocolate bar on the walk home from the grocery store. I've learned that I have to have some cheats, otherwise I just over indulge.

At this time in my life I am eating the healthiest I've ever been - and I've never really been very unhealthy.
I don't even eat hardly any grains/carbs and next to no sugar. If I have a carb craving I make goodies with almond or coconut flour instead!
I sweeten things with honey.
I eat lots of fruit, veggies and protein - it's my main diet. I'm really proud of how far I've come. I hope I can stay on track!
Oh, and I do indulge myself with a piece of dark (70-80% cacao) chocolate 2x a week!

I try to but have a weakness for fries and baked goods. I have cut soda and HFCS (it is everywhere!!) out of my diet and eating alot more whole grains.

I do eat pretty healthy during the week, and relax a bit on the weekends. I eat lots of whole grains, fiber rich foods and veggies, but we do eat out a lot on the weekends and I let myself splurge a bit. It's hard becuase my husband does NOT eat healthy whatsoever - he pretty much eats like a picky 5 year old - chicken nuggets, no fancy sauces, no veggies, etc etc. We eat verrrry different and we often have separate meals for dinners, which I am sure will change once we have kids! (hopefully, husband will come around to my side of healthy eating and not the other way around)

I try to strike a balance. At work, I have two really nice cafeterias that I can eat breakfast and/or lunch at, which makes it really easy to make poor food choices (and spend a lot of money!). I've been trying to bring my own meals to work for the past month or so, and I'm definitely noticing a change in how I feel. Hopefully I can keep it up!
