I like keeping emails I've deleted just in case.
I needed order numbers for some initial rings I ordered last year, and I found them in my trash. Woot!

Nope unless there's a space issue then I go through and remove ones I know for sure can go.
For personal emails, I think after sometime, they automatically get removed permanently.

I empty it all the time. I don't delete things I might need later lol.
I never delete anything in my work email, but I use gmail so they're not actually stored on my machine anyway.

Yep; sometimes I do regret it, I go a little too deleting-happy sometimes. DH NEVER deletes anything so when I deleted something I actually needed, he laughs in my face!
