Sometimes. Typically when something goes wrong, it's like "well, where do we go from here?"

All.the.time. but, most of the time it's when DH is being awkward (a lot...haha!) And I'll randomly respond with 'big gulps, eh? Welp..see ya later'

I find myself using it in writing more than actually speaking it. Same as "anywho..." Write it all the time, say it never.
