I'm a hitter.
When DH is being a punk I punch his arm, smack his bod, put him in a choke hold, jump on him etc.
I've been a lot better about keeping my hands to myself since DD copies everything I do now -.-

Eta: Obviously not in anger, we're talking play here. I don't think I've hit anyone in anger since I was about 7.

The only time I ever hit Hubs was several years ago when I found out he was cheating on me, and even then, it was a smack on the shoulder. I just think there are better ways to express myself (joking or not) than physically abusing him. I certainly wouldn't appreciate it if it were the other way around.

@chopsuey119: um...it might be too late. I just realized M IS a hitter. She loves to go up to people and smack them...I never put 2 and 2 together. Oops. The worst part is she does it with a smile while laughing. How do you get mad at that?!

Nope, never ever. We will get all kinds of pissy with each other, but we never ever joke around with hitting or punching or anything. I'd be ok with it if we were more casual about it, but DH wouldn't be.

Not here. I think it sends a weird message that a woman is allowed to do those things (even in fun) but a guy is not.
We show our affection in other ways.

Occassional violence yes, "love taps" as my mom would say! Only on the arms, hands, legs. I will have to stop when my LO starts noticing I guess! And just for the record, I am not Asian.

I'm not Asian & I'm a hitter! Well, more of a smack on the arm in a joking fashion, out of mock outrage, etc. Now, I smack his ass frequently, but that's more for my enjoyment

I do hit in fun sometimes but normally I just ball a fist at him and tell him I'm going to hit him, or punch my hand at him, I really only do that when we are play fighting or he's teasing me.

No hitting in my house. I pinch sometimes, which is just as bad though.

Maybe a swat on the arm or something but even that's rare. We typically keep our hands to ourselves.
