We are going out for dinner and I want to save my appetite but dinner is at 8:45! I have two hours to go...ah!

I've tried but it never works out. The thought of NOT eating just makes me hungrier. Which is funny cause I skip meals all the time and barely notice.

I have to snack or else I do not enjoy my meal. I just get grumpy cause im starving and then when i get my food I devour it like its my last meal.

@regberadaisy: yes! My MIL said she could watch them but only later so I changed dinner from 7 to 8:45! I'm glad she changed her mind.

yes but agree it's a fine line between hungry and grumpy so I just try not to eat anything heavy or too filling.

No because it's counterintuitive. It's just like runners who run to warm up for a race, you have to eat and keep your stomach stretched!
