Yes! I try to switch things up when I'm feeling the burn out... If I don't take breaks all is lost... And sometimes I have to allow myself to do an adequate instead of excellent job.

Yep! We call it the "F-its" around our corner of the office. I honestly let myself take a mental break. Without it, my work suffers more.

Yep. Feeling that way lately after a busy end of the year and gearing up for the baby. No amount of time off seems to cure it lately though...and access to hellobee during the day doesn't help!

I do. All the time. Truth is, I don't manage it. I just slog again and hope the motivation will come back someday. I was pouring too many glasses of wine each week (my waistline was starting to show it!), so I have dumped that habit aside from on the weekends...

Usually when I burnout it is in a big way or with one particular project at work. In the case of a single project I just try and get it done to the best of my ability and move on. When it is the big way kind well it usually takes me a while to get back in the groove but I try and avoid distractions during that time to be able to get some actual work done.

I used to. When I started working they were very clear on my job description, which only included working on site. And as the months went on more and more people were getting laid off, and I had to do their jobs too, which led to traveling and doing things I was never trained for. So I felt awful because I was awful at my job because I was poorly trained and had no time to do everything.
And I quit.

I'm dealing with it now--it's been super stressful at my job since May. I'm looking forward to maternity leave so that I'll have a 3-month break from work
