I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day.
I try to walk outside for a half hour at lunch, or if the weather is bad I keep a weighted hula-hoop at work that I use for 20 minutes.

I also have a desk job.
I have a gym on site and I know my co-workers use it before and after work, and during lunch. A lot of my co-workers walk during lunch or take breaks and walk.
I don't do any of that!! Though I am thinking about it recently because I'm on a diet with one of my co-workers.

I go out and run errands some days but mostly, no.
At my old job I did work out at the gym there after.

I try to walk on my lunch break. There is a pond behind my office and I live in a very mild climate most of the year.

I'm a nurse, I usually get in 10km-14km of walking / shift ( 6 - 8 miles per shift)
I work split shifts though so I try to go to the gym on my split too.

I am part of a gym that's a 2 minute walk from work. I go during my lunch breaks. I also do random exercises at my desk throughout the day.

My office is a block away from the beach and a walking path (lucky) so usually at around 5-6 I change, take a 45 minute walk, then do a couple more hours of work. It's a really nice routine!

No. I work in a professional setting in the middle of nowhere and get 30 minutes lunches. No time to go anywhere or change. Half the time I can't get time leave to get lunch or coffee anywhere because there's nothing around.
I'm thinking about getting an exercise ball chair for my desk though, work those core muscles while I'm there.

Nope. When the weather is mild though and my workload isn't killer I try to go for a walk outside. Honestly though, I usually just work through lunch, busting @$$ so I can get home to my fam.

I wear a fitbit and I generally have between 5000 and 8000 steps in by lunch just walking back and forth for my typical duties. If I haven't hit 5000 I will take a half hour walk at lunch (even if it is an inside walk).

@Eko: can I ask what kind of random exercises? I'm looking for new ideas for rainy/cold days!
@thepicklemonster: that sounds awesome!

I take a 30 minute walk about 3 times a week. I used to keep a jump rope at work. One minute of jumping gets your heart pumping super fast! I should do that again!

I wish. I'm lucky if I take 30 for lunch! But I am on my feet all day teaching!

I used to walk on my morning/lunch/afternoon breaks, but now I'm pumping instead.

No. I work 9 hour days and usually have to work through lunch just to leave in time for daycare pickup. We have a nice gym here, but I don't have time to use it (let along have time to change and shower after).

@josina: I'll do like a quick small circuit of 15 push-ups; 15 squats; 10 tricep dips. If you do that like 5 times a day it adds up. I'll also do leg lifts in my chair.
