I am no longer pumping so I have time to go out and eat with coworkers or exercise when I'm at the office!
Do you exercise during your lunchbreak?

Well.... I basically do nothing even remotely athletic since getting pregnant since I've had so much bleeding. But prior to that I always did my workouts before or after work. I get really red in the face when I work out and it takes me a while to cool down, so I would never be able to get in a good work out and still be presentable to come back to the office all within an hour.

Now that the weather is starting to cool off, I take walks on my lunch break sometimes. I figure every little bit helps!

I used to. I would have to leave a classes a bit early in order to make sure I could shower and dry my hair to a decent level, but I never put on makeup again.

When the weather is nice, I like to take a 1/2 hour walk on my lunch break. I wish I had a door to my office so I could exercise when the weather isn't nice.

I only get 30 minutes, so no. I get enough exercise outside of work, though!

Before I got pregnant, I used to play racquetball at lunch. The YMCA is right across the street, and employees here get a free membership.
Now, I don't really do any exercise

I plan on it once the baby is born and o return to work. There isn't going to be any other time in our schedules to do so. I'm planning to ask myboss if I can work an extra 30 minutes each day so I can take a long lunch break where I can workout, freshen up, and eat.

No, I hate the feeling of being gross/sweaty when I return to work sitting in a skirt/dress and nylons. I will go for walks on breaks though without breaking a sweat. I know some consider it a myth, but I'm trying to walk a bunch to get things moving with this baby! ha

HA HA HA. No. I have a 30 minute lunch that I don't take now since I pump all the time.

I don't because the time it takes to work out then shower and get my hair all presentable again takes much longer than an hour! I do enjoy walking to get lunch if I don't bring it though. Just refreshing to get fresh air after sitting at my deskk ALL morning.

We have a gym and locker room at my workplace.... I really should start making use of it. I lost all the baby weight already but I was about 25lbs heavier than where I wanted to be before I got pregnant. Time to lose it!

Yep, a new pilates studio opened right after I stopped pumping so I go almost every day. The classes are 50 minutes so perfect for my 1 hour break!

We have a gym in our building with a really nice locker room but I haven't seen the inside of it in months. I plan to go more after the baby comes. Most days I'm stuck at my desk but I should make it a priority.

I wish! My workout is a little over an hour, then even to remotely get myself presentable again it'd probably be 45 mins or so.

When I was pregnant, I'd take a brisk :45 walk during lunch and shorter :10 walks during breaks, up until two weeks before I had the baby. It really helped reduce the swelling in my legs and also helped control my weight gain during the last trimester.
