DH is currently working 7 days of 12 hour overnight shifts followed by a week off. I started maternity leave (baby 2 is due in about 17 days) yesterday and he is off this week so we are enjoying couple time while LO is at daycare.
We have gone shopping, napped, met a friend for lunch, laundry and stuff around the house.
I love it but my friend thought it was strange ...oh well!

No, I think it is great you are taking time for yourself! Your LO is in a routine and that's going to be messed up eough when the new baby arrives, I think keeping daycare consistant and taking some momma time is just fine!
I don't feel guilty becauseI think the occasional alone time makes me a better momma and of course I miss her and get excited to see her again making it fun for both of us!

I dont get to do a lot without my LO but I still do sometimes feel worried and guilty when I leave her behind

Nope...DS goes to his dad's house every other weekend, and while I miss him, it's nice for me and DH have the ability to do whatever we want on the fly.
