My LO is my number 1 priority but I do worry if my boss thinks I take too much time off when LO is sick! Do you worry?

I think if you have time off to spend, you shouldn't feel guilty about taking it! I have had jobs that tried to guilt us into not using time off--my current work does a little bit, but not too bad.

Yes. Anytime I text my boss that I am not feeling well and so on I just get a response with an "OKAY." I know I am probably over thinking it but really... just an okay?! not an okay feel better... or so on? I RARELY and I mean RARELY call in sick. I have worked here for over 4 years have no paid time off, sick days.. it really sucks. :-(.
Luckily I haven't had to take time off for LO yet besides having to leave half day once a month for her baby well check ups and her physical therapy which I go out of my way to try and schedule on the same day.
& I even feel guilty for leaving early on those days.

Yeah, when I worked, I always felt so guilty if I called out, even if its for a totally legit reason like dr appts. I tried to schedule my appts for either really early or late aftn to miss as least amount of work as possible.
