I do not. I'm exhausted. DH solo parents during the day, I solo parent in the evenings and overnight - DH gets home at midnight but HAS to get some sleep since his job is dangerous without it. Today was the 3rd morning in a row this week that I set my alarm to go to the gym at 5, but I woke up an hour earlier with a screaming, teething toddler. If I work out tonight, our house will be a disaster. If I don't work out, I'll feel like crap. I feel like my life is a hamster wheel!

Do you feel like you have some semblance of balance? How do you make it work?
