I am 18w3d with my second and most of the time just don't feel pregnant. Other times I can't help but feel pregnant (mostly when the m/s hits). Maybe next week's anatomy scan will help.
Does anyone else feel this way?

I never really "felt" pregnant until I started feeling those kicks and seeing that baby in the ultrasounds. Then it was really real. Now it's REALLY real when she tries to kick through my belly.

It comes and goes . . . I feel different constantly, but I don't always feel pregnant, if that makes sense. I have felt butterbean kick a few times, so that definitely helps. Maybe I will feel more pregnant when I have a bump (still looking bloated/ fat at 20 weeks).

I'm 13 wks and still don't feel pregnant either. Maybe when the baby starts to move?

I'm only 9w3d, the only times I've felt pregnant so far is when I'm super bloated at the end of the day or the last couple of weeks of nausea/ms... other than that.... it's still all very surreal.
Maybe when I hear the heartbeat next week, or when I start showing a belly?

I mostly just feel crappy... but not pregnant. I don't think I'll really feel pregnant until I have a good bump and I feel the baby moving. Right now I just look puffy and gross most of the time. Thanks baby : )

It definitely started feeling more real after my anatomy scan! -
I started feeling pregnant after LO started moving a lot.

I think depending on how severe your symptoms are some peopl dont feel very pregnant. I did feel pregnant in the 1st tri because of the taste i had in my mouth and the extreme fatigue, bloated feeling, etc... but once the baby starts kicking you really hard, you wont be able to feel anything but pregnant

I'm 18w too and I feel pregnant sometimes, but a lot of times I don't. I want a real bump!

It changes every day, it's so strange! I'm about 7w and there are days when I've felt zilch...and other days where the YOU ARE SO TOTALLY PREGGERS feeling is with me all day.

@purrpletulips: I am 36 weeks and aside from my huge belly, I don't feel pregnant today! I don't feel tired, my body doesn't hurt, and I am not having any weird symptoms. I feel great and energized!!!
