I flip my 3 month old LO's head every 3ish hours. DH gets so irritated when I do it.

HAHA no. I didn't do it for either. DS had a bit of a flat head, but now that he moves around it's rounding out nicely.
Get some sleep and stop moving her head around!! lol -

Nope! DS sleeps on different sides each time he goes down. I kind of wish he would sleep on his back directly once in awhile because he's got a slight conehead.

Nope! She does it herself, plus I switch sides when I feed her so she's always facing a different direction when I put her down.

No. My LO is a total fish and flops around throughout the night.

She was always moving around on her own so we never worried about it.
