I went to the dentist yesterday and was reminded I need to be better at flossing, which is true. Are you good about flossing everyday?

I am but I only do it once a day at night. I feel guilty if I don't.

I'm fanatical about flossing! I keep it at work, in my purse...I can't be without it.

I'm better about it now that I have the pick things. I floss after meals because I am always getting food caught in between my teeth.

Yes, but I didn't start flossing daily until last November when I had a 2 hour dental cleaning. Now I am a religious flosser!

I floss almost every morning - I brush my teeth, then DS's, then floss and rinse with mouthwash. DS empties out the bathroom cupboard during this every morning. At night I just brush and then brush DS's.

I floss Sunday through Thursday. I always joke with my dentist that I live on the edge on the weekends by not flossing.

Ugh, no. I go in spurts where I'll remember to do it everyday. Then I'll skip a few days and then it's all down hill from there. Need to get back in habit.

It's part of my routine for the last couple of years. I get frustrated when Mr. Jacks doesn't do it every day.

Yes, every day. I didn't up until about four years ago, when I had an incredibly painful cleaning that finally pushed me to start flossing every night.

Like others, I didn't until I had some horrible cleanings. Now I do almost daily- more likely to skip the weekends. I skipped it most of my first trimester when it made me dry heave though!

Nope! I can easily count the number of times I floss between dentist visits

I used to be awful. I went a few weeks ago to the dentist and they said a few spots on my gums were a little inflamed, but flossing would fix it. Well, I had two cavities and a root canal/crown while I was pregnant and I have NO DESIRE to have any more teeth issues. So I've been a flossing fool since then. It's been 2 weeks and I've only missed 2 nights (which I think isn't too bad).

I used to every single night before bed! Then I met my husband and I quickly lost that routine. I really need to start up again!
