I don't floss, but I should. R just had her first dentist appointment and she said that her teeth are too stuck together! She said I had to floss them to help separate them!

Dentist gave us floss sticks and my 6 year LOVES to floss - therefore my DD does too

Yikes! I have a hard enough time just brushing Xander's teeth at the moment. He's only 18 months though, so I think that's okay? We're planning on his first dentist appointment when he turns 2, so maybe I'll ask about flossing then (or they'll just tell me to start... ugh).

LO actually loves to floss but I only remember to a few times a week. She also has no gaps and the dentist said it's more likely for her to have cavities because of that so it's super important she flosses.

No, honestly just getting her to brush them is hard enough, but we should, I'm going to try be better about it.

@Espion: Your comment made me laugh! It's so true with some kids though! I just had my 5-year-old's molars sealed and one of them already had a cavity so his dentist just put filling in there and there wasn't a need for sealant there. He doesn't even eat sweets much and brushes 3x daily and flosses once daily. I had no idea he had such groovy molars until the dentist pointed it out. I think once they are fully grown it would be fine to get them sealed if they need it.
