I stay in my dressing gown/pajamas if I'm not leaving the house... I hate wearing most clothes, they are not as comfortable!
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21628 posts
Not usually! I'm working at home and still in pjs.
GOLD / cantaloupe / 6581 posts
Yoga pants count for me On the weekends, if we aren't going anywhere, I'm usually in a cami + yoga pants.
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21616 posts
@autumnlove: haha those first 6 weeks I definitely only wore yoga pants... I only fit into maternity jeans!
Most of the time I try to get dressed. Even if I'm at home all day, I try to leave the apartment at least once even if only to get the mail.
wonderful pear / 26210 posts
I have to get out of pajamas, for sure, because I usually can't move around so well in a robe.
cantaloupe / 6164 posts
Well I could changing into a pair of yoga pants & long tank as getting dressed, so... YES! I only do the "real" clothes thing if I'm leaving the house. I am frump city.
GOLD / wonderful grape / 20289 posts
No. But I rarely have days that I don't leave the house.
squash / 13764 posts
Yup I will usually put on jeans and a shirt and do my makeup even on days we don't leave the house. Makes me feel less schlumpy!
grapefruit / 4187 posts
I have to say yes, but it's pretty rare that I don't leave the house at all. I have a very comfy pair of maternity jeans that is like my uniform when I'm home paired with a maternity tee. And I always put on makeup regardless of what my plans are. I don't even like to be around DH without it on!

Not usually...ok never. If I am going somewhere I change into regular clothes then when I get back home the yoga or sweats go back on.
honeydew / 7586 posts
Nope! In fact, as soon as I step foot in the house my routine is as follows: shoes off, rings off, bra off, sweat pants on.
I will shower and put on clean sweats and a little makeup even if I don't leave the house, but if I am just lounging around I want to be comfy!

@rahlyrah: hahaha this is my routine too. home = comfy clothes
I'm never dressed in regular clothes at home. Even if I know I'm going out, I'm in shorts or sweat pants until right before I head out the door, and they are back on the moment I get home.
pomegranate / 3858 posts
@rahlyrah: I'm the same way! I hate wearing real clothes when I'm home...and both DH and I take rings off when we come through the door.
pear / 1728 posts
yup. I get dressed and do makeup and hair every day regardless of whether I have plans or not. Admittedly some days I wear a sock bun so I dont have to *DO* my hair...but still, its my thing.
pomelo / 5509 posts
Nope, home = comfortable clothes so I can lounge around if I want to. Jeans/stiff pants are not comfortable to me. Neither are bras. Yoga pants/sweatpants, tees, and hoodies are my comfy clothes and that's what I wear whenever I'm home. I'll get dressed right before I need to leave the house, and change back into comfy stuff as soon as I get home. I'm always asking SO why he doesn't want to "change into something more comfortable" (in a non-seductive way!) if we're just hanging out around the house.
pomegranate / 3895 posts
Yep, I have to shower, put on makeup and get dressed for my own sanity, At less than three weeks pp though that still usually involves yoga pants!
watermelon / 14467 posts
I sleep in nightgowns/long t-shirts, so I usually put on yoga pants or leggings and a comfy tunic for lounging.
clementine / 896 posts
I always wear yoga pants and a tshirt. Hair pulled up in a ponytail. No makeup.
coconut / 8475 posts
I stay I pjs.....but I'll clean & workout so, I'll shower after that and put some yoga pants and a tank on (better than pjs, right?) I'll brush my hair up and put some perfume on after that too.
pear / 1664 posts
Definitely not. yoga pants or sweats for me when I'm at home! If I have to be outside in the yard then I'll put on an old loose pair of jeans or something...sometimes.
honeydew / 7917 posts
I stay in sweats and pajamas at home. I should make it a routine to get dressed so that I start my day more positively.
coconut / 8681 posts
I'll wear yoga or workout pants and a tee/tank if I'm not going out. I have to get out of my pajamas or I feel gross
cantaloupe / 6630 posts
Usually, yes, but I can sometimes stay in pjs for an awful long time... Today A and I have really only just got dressed.
pomegranate / 3604 posts
I don't even get dressed when I leave the house. Pj pants and zip up sweaters ftw.
persimmon / 1286 posts
define dressed.... haha. i put on a bra and some makeup, but since i work at home, usually wear leggings and a "nice" t shirt, add a blazer and scarf if i have to run errands. jeans/pants with buttons only i have a meeting!
hostess / wonderful watermelon / 39513 posts
@LivsMama: Yoga pants is actually "dressed up" for me these days...I usually hang out in my underwear and I panic when the UPS guy rings the doorbell!
