I signed up for Pinterest with my Twitter account so it had me following a bunch of peoples' boards from the get go. I wish I could automatically unsubscribe from every hair/makeup/wedding board! I do it manually as they pop up but.. I get so sick of all the braid/eyeshadow/ring pins popping up!
What do you get sick of seeing?

I get sick of the bucket list ones- like "have twins before I die" cause you can really control that 
or "marry my first boyfriend" HA!!! Or "make my first marriage my last" - cause everyone who gets married the first time plans to get divorced
Also the really stupid easy duh diys that I can't really think of right now. And the pins that are one huge image a mile long!

I get really sick of the schmaltzy, lame quotes that are supposedly deep but in reality sound like something out of a middle school girl's yearbook.

I sort of don't like celebrity photo pins... just don't really see the point in pinning those. Yes, they're gorgeous and look awesome, but why pin?

I don't care for "healthy" recipes that really aren't healthy at all. Or crash diets with before and after pictures of people.

Hot sexy men or dream houses that they'll never get. Seriously I'm friends with someone who works at a coffee shop and is pinning very fancy schmancy houses that I know she is nowhere close to being able to afford, nor can I..... so why is she looking at them and making me?

@BeachMama: I'm so sick of the stupid weight-loss pins -- I figure they have to be spam.
I don't bother following anyone, just head right to "Explore" and the DIY section. It helps eliminate a lot of the other stuff that annoys me.

Yes! I get really annoyed when the people I follow repin the same pins over and over again. Do they not even look at their boards???

@BeachMama: Same. I had to 'unfollow' several friends' boards because all they posted were pictures of extremely toned women with workout tips. That's great you want to be healthy and all, but I'm pregnant and eating a muffin and I just don't want to see that right now

I hate those borderline pro-eating disorder fitness/health quotes. I'm always surprised by how many people pin those. Also, silly get-fit-fast workout/diet tricks. A few people I follow will pop up with some new rando board like 'polymer clay' or 'fun with fake flowers' that they'll pin like, 150 things in an hour to. I usually unfollow those pretty quickly. Another thing that makes me laugh are those pins that go around and around that you *know* don't work, or aren't described the right way.

The workout stuff, most of the quotes, the borderline anorexic worship photos, 99% of the recipes look terrible, 99% of the DIYs look cheap and most everything else is spam. I rarely repin or use my dashboard, I just pin stuff for my own personal reference/inspiration or for my blog (if I just bookmark it I forget it's there).

Eww all this workout stuff sounds awful, I don't see much of that thankfully. @cocobee I hate the pictures that are a zillion images tall too, what a waste!
@ladyfingers I would say most of the stuff I pin is for my reference from the original blog too, except for home decor/room inspiration, that is mostly from browsing categories. If I'm feeling really generous I try to make sure the keywords in the pin description would help someone find it if they were searching... but sometimes I'm lazy

I unfollow wedding planning boards, but that is about it. I love looking at the things my friends pin! So much inspiration all in one place. I especially love seeing gift ideas people have pinned.

Recipes that are like "1 can of condensed soup + velveta + something else processed + something else processed" and then the pinner describes it as "and healthy too!" NO, that is NOT healthy.
