I have been getting really drowsy in the afternoon/evenings lately. I thought it was from lack of sleep, but I caught up on sleep last night and yet I'm still about to keel over!
Do you get tired in the afternoon/evenings?

About 2 till I leave work at 430 I struggle. I usually go right to the gym after work, that helps give me some energy for the night till time for bed.

@photojane: SAME!
However, I do go for a walk when I get home and that helps perk me up a bit for the evening.

Yes but it's definitely because I'm pregnant. After the gym, I shower, eat, and pretty much just flop out on the couch and am a useless piece of crap.

3pm... it's just a killer from about 3pm on. The worst is when I have events or dinners after work. It's all I can do to make myself go. Most days I get home from work, make dinner, work out, sit down and wait for the clock to show a respectable time for crawling into bed!

I'm kind of the opposite....I am just dragging all morning and finally get a burst of energy around 2!

I'm tired right now. Got eight hours of sleep last night, only went out and did errands for an hour, back home now and absolutely knackered!

I always have way more energy in the morning! With a newborn, the afternoons/evenings are even worse
