I know that it defaults to get them emailed but I was just wondering how many of us get them vs. opt out.
If you do opt out, do you just check your wall periodically?..
I get both b/c I'm pretty sure if I didn't I'd forget I even had a wall & would never be able to keep up with threads I replied on. lol

i never opted out and i like getting the notifications in my email. i remember on weddingbee i would go back and check threads just to see if their replies. i like this system better.

I get the notifications for replies, I don't have any wall posts but if I did I would get those, too. I like being able to go and check exactly what/who replied!

i like the notifications, but i wish they were on HB rather than through email (like facebook has). but i too wonder, for people that don't get email notifications, whether they will get my wall post!

I do both and it's be helpful! Sometimes, I don't always get the notification for subscriptions to certain threads, but 95% of the time, it works, and I like it!

Yes! I like the notifications. Especially for my wall since I never check it.

@mrbee: like the little number icon that shows up when you sign onto facebook that tells you how many new notifications you have? i don't know how feasible that would be, but it would be awesome. or even just to have them on the page somewhere? i have a habit of deleting emails as they come in and then i sign onto HB and think "now which message was it that I had a reply on earlier?" haha.

I get them but it is to an email I never ever ever check (my spam email)
