We usually just go out to a nice dinner, but I at least get him a card and his favorite candy.

No gifts, although my DH does get me flowers - we stay home and celebrate as a family with the kids -

We've never celebrated because one of us usually work (at night). This is the first year since we've been together that neither of us work! We're undecided on what we'll do. We will likely keep it very low-key/simple since we're having an overnight date this weekend, and our anniversary is in a few months.

We don't get each other anything. tho DH will usually get flowers. And we definitely always eat at home! He always makes steak so that's his present to himself

Nah we don't do anything for valentine's day.

Usually we get each other small gifts but this year I'm due right around valentines day so I told him I'm getting him a baby. Lol

Yeah, usually a t-shirt or something fun. This year he's getting a hot dog roller for the grill. I saw it on Zulily. He liked it, but would never buy it, so I did. Valentine's Day is my birthday, so I'm hoping that we do takeout sushi that night.
