Do you have a babymoon planned? If so, where are you going and how many weeks pregnant will you be?
I'm dreaming of a babymoon, but DH may be switching jobs soon so I'm not sure if we can swing it. I want to live vicariously through you all

My DH and I talked about a babymoon years before even TTC. LOL. Someday we are going to go to Santa Fe, NM. It was his idea...so I totally loved the thought of it.

Nothing official yet, but we have a wedding to go to in the Bay area in April, so I want to do a little CA road trip beforehand to see some friends. I'll be in my 6th month or so.

@Mrs.Someone: Oh fun! Let me know if you need any Northern California recommendations!

@Mrs.Someone: That's funny because I am from CA, but when we have a baby, we are thinking of doing a Babymoon in Seattle.

With LO #1, we went to Vanuatu for a week when I was 13 weeks pregnant and it was fantastic! I was sad I couldn't go diving and indulge in all the fruity tropical drinks but it was still amazing.
With this current pregnancy, we went to Bali for a week when I was 20 weeks pregnant. That was great as well, although it wasn't quite the relaxing babymoon of before as we had our then 15 month old with us as well. It was lovely though having a special vacation as a family of three before bringing a new baby into our lives!

@NorCalWayfarer: Thanks! I have tons of family in the Bay, so we don't really plan to be tourists up there since we've done it so much. I want to visit SLO (I went to Cal Poly), and maybe head down to LA to see friends.
@Crystal: Seattle is a great place to visit in the summer
Let me know if you need any recommendations.

@Mrs.Someone: Sounds like fun! We love to pop up to Seattle for the weekend -- we're trying to get a date on the calendar in the next couple months
I wouldn't count it as a babymoon though because we like going up there so often!

@NorCalWayfarer: I know people complain about it a lot, but I love the city
Its really beautiful around cherry blossom time if you're looking for an excuse!

We are planning to go to Florida for a long weekend in April, around 25-28 weeks. I don't want to make a long drive like we usually do so chose a new to use location to fly to - flying to Tampa, then staying at Clearwater beach 40min west

@runnerd: that's funny you mention that area. I am heading to st. Pete at the end of April since my dad lives there.

Yes and I cannot wait! We're leaving for Puerto Vallarta in about 5 weeks.
Our first trip together ever, actually, and we've been married 1.5 years!

We went to Roxbury, NY for my first pregnant and Maui for my second (a combined delayed honeymoon). I was about 20 weeks pregnant both times.

We went to Barbados around 27 weeks pregnant. It was so relaxing and a really nice memory! I think even a quick weekend away to a local b&b is totally worth it. And if there's a beach involved, even better!
