I can't manage to keep plants alive for anything. DH finally had to throw out poor Henry the Hanging Fern after I neglected him for so long that he choked and died. My Grams is an incredible gardener...she even wrote a book about the medicinal uses of plants...none of her kids or grandkids inherited her green thumb.
